Priority Pass lounge review: VIP Lounge International — Puerto Vallarta

Pros: Two levels of seating, two bars

Cons: Crowded, sparse food selection

The Puerto Vallarta VIP Lounge International is located in a tucked-away corner past Gate 10. When I arrived on a Sunday at 11:30 am, I waited several minutes in line to enter. (The sister VIP Lounge Domestic, which is closer to security, barely had a line to enter.) If you arrive at a crowded time, prepare to hunt for a seat.

The two bars have a decent selection of spirits and wine. The buffet has a few small sandwiches and salads and one chafing dish with hot options.

Early afternoon visitors: prepare for a wait to enter the lounge

Upstairs was packed and noisy on a Sunday at midday

Downstairs: more tranquil vibe
